My mother-in-law recently passed away. I attempted to cancel her phone plan but have not yet succeeded. I provided her ID,
death certificate and most recent bill. It was not enough for the manager of the store at the Danbury Ct mall. He required a power of attorney. Clearly an obstruction to delay cancellation. What terrible customer service!
