Garbage management
When I bought my phone the case I purchased with it had a in store lifetime warranty (just bring it in with the receipt for exchange). Went in and the POS manager told me that he can honor it. I asked him to contact his manager and he refused because he said that he was busy. Asked him to contact whoever was above him and he downright refused. Not to mention everything I’d try to explain my grievances this idiot would interrupt me with “ that’s against policy”. So basically bought an over priced case at AT&T with the understanding that as long as I had the phone I’d get replacements, AT&T changes their management or policy, customer gets screwed.
