Fantastic experience. I had a exceptional customer service from not one but two highly professional gentleman. The names were Keller and Jimmy. They Greeted me and was very respectful and took the time to listen and assist with not one but two phone issues I had. I could not of ask for more. They resolved the issues and took the time to explain in detail. Made my day for sure.
So then I decided to buy a new phone which is not why I went in but I ask about the phone and due to the professionalism and more than willingness to explain the great deal offered I just had to get a new one thanks to them. I sure hope management at AT&T does reward these guys for a great job. I would reccommend this store to all in the area. I will be a repeat cus to merge thanks to the two gentleman. Thanks very much
