My wife and daughter went in to upgrade their phones. My wife talked to Dwayne and told him that the upgrade fees were a deal breaker. She emphasized this three times. He said he couldn't waive them upfront but to bring the bill in when we received it and he would credit it back. Guess what? We brought the bill in and he claims he doesn't remember the conversation. Zach (manager) also refuses to reimburse us. Avoid this store. They do not tell the truth and will say anything to make a sale. Should be ashamed of themselves.
