Managers hidden motive to deceive clients his name is James
The manager James will never explain what
His hidden agenda, he will give you a product as if it's free but if you check your monthly bill? You end up paying for something that he offers you as free. I trying to return it it, he is not accepting it unless I have to pay re stocking fee which was again .... It will never explain. I politely ask him to do something about it but he refuse to do.... Is that a coustumer service???? I'm not recommending that location.
