My husband and I purchased the iPhone 12 and had difficulty with the set up. We ventured to the At&t store at Sagemore and was assisted by Tom, the manager. He was phenomenal! Very personable and exceptional customer service skills. He was patient and extremely
knowledgeable. When we left, both of our phones were working. He stuck with us until the very end. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
