ATT has sunk to new lows with this franchise. Their rep, Eileen, was too busy face timing and texting her friends to answer my questions. She had inaccurate information and when I asked her to find out about international rates she said she had no information. I asked her to call someone for the info and she wouldn't do it. I finally called myself while she continued her texting. I finally said, "I get it that you aren't really interested in helping me but this is your job and you are getting paid". She made a smart remark so I gave up. She never returned my drivers license so I had to make another trip the next day to get it. Don't waste your time with this horrible kiosk
