worst customer service
Horrible customer service by the store manager, Frances (or Frannie as stated on her name tag). My 11 year old daughter made a purchase there and was paying for her pretzels, she counted her money and placed it on the counter. They were not busy either. This employee called my daughter rude! Seriously, how is that rude. When you work in customer service you should never treat your customers in such a way, especially if they have done nothing wrong! Very disappointed with this and how this incident reflects on the company as a hole.
