I went to Avalon nail spa in beachwood mall and got bit by a bed bug??? the tech picked it up off of the chair after I screamed and pointed so nobody can see it. Not only did I pay for my service. I personally spoke with the owner after..... and she assured she would have the place exterminated. Damn the fact that I have to take my expensive hand bag to the cleaners to be 100 percent sure none of the critters got into my stuff! She asked did I have a dog... I said no I dont have a dog!!! All this after I paid. I seriously doubt if they are going get an exterminator she cant even pay for my bag to get cleaned ? Business = Customer service #ladiesrepost
