So worth it!
I have two words if you visit this place, Tasha Raven.
Whether its for hair or a massage, I couldn't recommend this woman high enough for you. The first service I ever received from her was cutting my 2 year old sons hair. My son has incredibly curly hair, that's wavy towards the roots, any time I've gotten his hair cut, stylists don't think about the way his hair naturally is. So it always looks good in the salon, but day to day would always look lopsided or uneven with the way his hair would spring back up. Tasha took this into account, and listened to my concerns, dreading another 2-day-a-thon at home cut to try and make it look good. She went with his natural head shape, took his hair type into account and here we are months later and his hair still looks great when it got long enough for the curls to really start showing, no more fixing it for me!
Tonight was the first time I had gotten a massage from her, never in my entire life have I had one so rejuvenating, relaxing, and such a great experience all around. We did a full body deep tissue, because I had hurt my back and it had kinked up. Being a stay at home mom with a now almost 3 year old, I don't really have time to be hunched over in pain 24/7. I've been taken to spas before by friends and a few times, and I've had more bad experiences than good. Always feeling incredibly sore, getting a rude therapist that would basically make them help them with their job instead of relaxing. This was not even close to the case with Tasha. She was courteous, professional, respectful, and is amazing at her craft. She checked with me now and again about the pressure to make sure I was enjoying it, but not enough to be annoying or seen as insecure about what she was doing. I have anxiety and a few other issues that leave my body in permanent "fight or flight" mode, so being sore and tensed up isn't a new thing for me. She made it all go away, much to my astonishment. There are a million other things I could say about her, but go in and see for yourselves!
