AX ARMANI EXCHANGE - Aventura, Florida FL 33180 - Aventura Mall

Horrible customer service by the store manager at the Aventura Location (I believe her name is Lourdes). I went to the store to exchange a pair of pants from size 32 to size 28, the same pants were $10 cheaper that I had originally bought them for. I had the receipt and was within the ''30 day'' return policy. My mom had pay for them so I didn't have the original credit card. Lourdes, the so called 'manager' refused to give me a store credit for the $10 difference in prize, she said it could not be done, how is that even fair? She had to adjust (increase) the price of the new pants to match what I had pay only 20 days earlier. I didn't want the cash or a refund for the price difference, all I wanted was a STORE CREDIT to buy from her own store! She refused and simply walked away from the register and told the cashier to just do the exchange with NO store credit. Horrible customer service received by the 'manager', will avoid shopping at this store.
