Absolutely old rude woman at the door, had an appointment and she opened the door and didn't even want to let us in until explaining. Rude store, over priced, other places in Spokane that caters to you and helps you try stuff on with an actual soul. This isn't the vibe.

I called to book a same day appointment and was told that there were none available, but that I would be contacted within the hour or so to come in. An hour or so later I hadn’t been contacted in anyway so I called again and was told to come immediately. Having arrived within 10 minutes from when I was told to come, I entered the store and was told rudely by an older man that I can’t go in because it was appointment only, after explaining my situation he said he would talk to the lady I spoke with. I was then told I wasn’t allowed in here because a 4:00 appointment was there, even though when I called and hour prior I was told that appointments weren’t really booked or set in stone.
