The Chinese Teller is very unprofessional, only kind to other Chinese, Regretfully. But the real problem is one particular Hispanic Bank Manager who is surely not knowledgeable enough to be a Teller much less a Bank Manager . I sincerely wonder how he becomes a Regional Manager of Bank of America Financial Center at this location?!.
