Poor Service & untrained staff
I was at the Barnes & Noble cafe today and ordered a herbal tea, an oatmeal raisin cookie and a Cheese Strudel. My receipt TRN 8888. Cashier Daniel T. Could not understand when I asked for herbal tea. She kept asking me to repeat many times. finally I was given the food and tea and came to my car to find the cookie was missing. It was charged to me but was not given. Very poor customer service. How difficult is it to fill a simple 3 item order?
