Used to be our happy place
An associate; rather than politely asking my husband to leave, simply decided to berate him in the middle of the store in front of our friend from out of town. Hubby even offered to leave to avoid conflict. Nothing he was wearing would hurt anyone. He was masked and his clothing had nothing inappropriate. He was wearing these hippie minimalist sandals. A simple polite request to leave would work: she didn't have to make him feel so small.
