BEAUTY BAR - Roseville, Minnesota 55113 - Rosedale Center

Very pushy sales people, low grade product tore out hair and doesn't work well, invalid phone number on receipt, no refunds written on receipt and visible only after transaction, lied about a store availability in the mall not just a kiosk. Rosedale Minnesota was on the sales receipt but I purchased it at Maplewood Mall. Called the manager of the Maplewood mall after 3 calls she called me back. She was extremely rude and of zero help!

Not Soleil staff, they are a 3rd party.The product isn't worth the money, it pulls out and breaks hair off. Staff is pushing and won't take no as an answer. Attempted to call the number on the sales receipt and got a private person that didn't even know of that company. I called the manager of the Kiosk three times before she called me back.She was extremely rude, refused to listen. Receipt says Beauty Bar Roseville I was at Maplewood Mall!

Low grade products sold under the guise of nice hair care products. Pushy sales tactics. No returns but it doesn't have any sign saying no returns. It is only listed on your receipt.
