Beauty Outlet - Norfolk, Virginia 23502 - Janaf Shopping Yard

I have been a customer of the Beauty Outlet store for over 20 years. I have never received anything other than professionals that were knowledgeable about the products and outstanding customer service. The store earns my highest possible recommendation for excellent shopping experience.

I would give this beauty outlet a - star if I could . I purchased 2 bottles of dye and one box relaxing kit on Friday evening. Upon opening on Saturday morning I discovered that the activating liquid had leaked and it was dried up on the side of the bottle. I immediately called the beauty outlet to inform them of my finding . I asked for the manager and the lady whom I spoke with said they weren't in then she said she was. I explained the situation and she said we don't give refunds on chemicals but I said this situation is a different circumstance, so she said bring in . I told her I was request my money back because I had to stop and go to another store and purchase another kit because I was uncomfortable univ the one from their shop.i went there with the product and orginal recpiet and my new repiect to show i was being trueful.she refused telling me she would give me a credit I said it was not acceptable because of reasons stated above . She ask told me she didn't know if I was telling the truth. I explained the reason I purchased from that store is because I was at T j Maxx and they were next store.and I live in Va beach and it was not convinet or close.Then I asked for owner , he came out and said he could only do store credit I once again pled my case and said I had brought all I need from his store.I asked him would he use the product in this condition . He said no . And he said he is going to still with store policy and issue credit because he did not like my Attidue. I said really you refuse to resolve this issue because its principal for me . He said I can complain to any one I want better business. Buyer beware , not good business practices!!!!! Would never shop there again or recommend. P Berkley
