Bed Bath & Beyond - Charlottesville, Virginia 22903 - Barracks Road Shopping Center

I was recently traveling and stopped at this store in Charlottesville VA and purchased some queen size sheets as a gift for my mom. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this store. When she opened the package the sheets were not cut right, therefore not sewn right. The edgers were WAY off and they don't fit correctly on the pillow cases. I would EXPECT way more quality for over 100$$. My mom spent over a half hour on the phone with the store only to find out I have to travel again, another 2 1/2 hours to return the sheets back to the store. THEN I would have to get a "coupon" and place an order for another replacement pair, which means traveling AGAIN to pick them up. I don't shop at BB&B very often but you better well know this is the LAST time I will EVER do business with them. Unacceptable product and NO customer service at all. It's no wonder this store is waining to stay in business. If there was 0 stars this would be it.
