I find the exact item only a Large and the cashier after 10 minutes of messing around says they cannot exchange it without a receipt. ? It was a gift. I do t have a receipt. !!! What the hell.

My wife a I were Christmas shopping this afternoon at your Valley Hills Mall store in Hickory, NC. I was downstairs getting a gift for a nephew while my wife was upstairs shopping too. She has vertigo problems and became unsteady. She called me for help and told me where she was in your store. When I got there, Vi, a sales associate had found her a chair to sit on and Christine, another sales associate brought a wheelchair to aid her leaving the store with our purchases. Please recognize these two women for going above and beyond in assisting us. They are both a real asset to your store.This is after they helped my wife find great gifts for our family! They made shopping at Belks a pleasure!
