Sickingly disappointed! I'm not sure how this store has a 4 star rating. I walked in ready to spend money but was shocked as I walked by multiple associates who didn't speak. In two of the departments there were associates having personal conversations while I waited to receive help. Once I had to approach one associate on her phone she said it wasn't her department and stopped another associate. She showed no enthusiasm to help. Before I could get my second question out. I turned to look at her and she was walking away. Horrible place to shop with lazy and unprofessional staff.
