I purchased my husband a shirt few days ago, I had to returned because it is tight. The merchandise is good. The matured lady who was helping me in men's dept. She don't have a great customer service. She didn't say Hi, or how are you to me. ,didn't smile . Even after she processed my returned , she did not say thank you and have a nice day.
I've been in customer service for over 20 yrs. Greeting customer with a smile with great customer service is very important in retail business. It doesn't matter what your customer look like, where they come from, either rich or poor you have to greet that customer and welcome them with smile and speak to them. It will make a different on selling.
