I can't believe the service I got in the shoe department from a team manager. She was down right rude. Nicole, needs a job.
I ordered on line today and 3 representative hung the phone up on me. What is wrong with Belk? Get people that want to work. Been a customer since 1976.

Wow! My husband & I were shopping for a pair of dress slacks but could not fine the style, color & size that he needed. Suddenly a Sales Representative by the name of Ernie Crawford took charge & found exactly what my husband wanted & even explained how some of the new styles fit differently than others.
He was very knowledgeable & courteous & Belk's should be proud to have him as an employee.
On behalf of my husband and myself, our sincere thank you Mr. Crawford!
