Went in the store because my Granddaughters wanted some glittery shoes. The attendant hovered over us constantly and told me we couldn't try on shoes unless we bought them. I ignored her rudeness and kept looking. We walked out after she started harassing my 5 year old Granddaughter about not putting the shoes back in the exact spot. I understand why this store is never busy.

Customer service was really bad and they only have a few dresses to choose from. I’d go anywhere else

bella divine review
I gave it two stars because I like the dress I bought. However, the customer service isn’t great and whatever you do, DON’T LET THEM ALTER YOUR DRESS!!! They offered to alter the bottom of my prom dress for over $50 and said it would take 2 weeks to finish. When I got it back, the bottom was completely ruined. The sides were at least a few inches off the ground and the bottom was so long I couldn’t even walk without tripping over it. The back was probably about an inch or so off the ground. Basically the dress length was different on every side and I had to find a new tailor last minute to try his best to fix it. It took 45 mins for me to get fitted too. Not worth it. Don’t waste your time and money getting your dresses altered here. You will regret it.
