Walk away and do not listen if they try to get you to buy their products! Once they have you, they will not take no for an answer! They will keep forcing more products on you no matter how many times you say you cannot afford it or do not want it. I wasted so much money with these people and they do not offer refunds!

This kiosk uses very harsh tactics in order to get you to buy from them. Everyone who works there is source from the same place, which is weird and makes me think something is going on and I don't know what. I work nearby and on a daily basis they try to sell to me. If you so much as make eye contact they will force you into conversation. I make $1,500 a month and they conned me into $80 of makeup and lied about the employee discount.

This is a HORRIBLE SCAM. On Monday, December 23rd, 2019, I stopped at the Bella Terra kiosk in Baybrook Mall because this very sweet girl (Sara) approaches me and my sister, usually I do not stop at kiosk but Sara seemed very nice and so convincing. I tried some of the Mineral BBB Cream and liked it but explained to Sara I would come back later when I had more time. She persisted and 15 minutes later after she had added blush and eye brow pencil to one side of my face she whispered in my ear and said she’d give me a discount on the product because I was nice and I promised to come back. She put a box CB in my bag and I paid $39.00 on my card. She also told her co-worker as she winked at her, about the special deal she gave me. Well today 12-27-19, I go through my packages purchased for me that day and in the Bella Terra box I find a mostly used sample of the product that I paid $40 for. SHAME ON YOU SARA-for being a SCAM ARTIST!!! You will not be blessed at all in life!!!! Shame on BELLA TERRA for hiring SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I will spread this word everywhere I go and hopefully you will go out of business, will share this with BBB!!!! I’m heading back up to the mall as well to speak with Sara. How do people sleep at night doing things like this to other people-very sad!!!!!!
