HORRIBLE! SHOP ELSEWHERE
AVOID BEN BRIDGE JEWELRY IN PARK MEADOWS! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a new band for my wedding ring and they did not get my stone properly placed. The STONE FELL OUT shortly after I received my ring! So, I took it back. The jeweler stated it was their fault and the ring was not damaged in any way. The manager then stated that they would not make it right because I had the stone from a my original engagement band. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE was to try to upsell me a better diamond!!! THEY ADMITTED FAULT, BUT WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I will NEVER shop there again. The manager had no compassion and ONLY WANTED TO MAKE ANOTHER SALE!!! Would not even refund my care plan. Shop somewhere that the jeweler cares!!!
