Don’t go!!!
I’m Active duty military, stationed in Minnesota. I’ve dealt with Best Buy stores all over the country. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME, based on my experience with this store.
I went to upgrade my phone and was informed by the employee that they couldn’t do it because I don’t have a Minnesota state ID (by the way I didn’t have a CA, LA, or DE one either but somehow those Best Buy employees knew exactly what to do) they couldn’t upgrade me. The assistant store manager, Amanda, was so rude and condescending that I can’t believe she has a job in customer service! You would have thought I was trying to steal something, rather than attempting to pay over $700 for an item!!!
