Best Buy Mobile - Memphis, Tennessee TN 38133 - Wolfchase Galleria

Purchased a new printer the day curb-side started at Wolfchase location. Best Buy had advertised a $30 recycling refund on recycled printers.....as long as another printer was being purchased. Said they had suspended recycling because of the curbside delivery format. Doesn't make sense. How does doing business curbside alter a recycling program? Nonsense! Great way to save $30 per eligible customer! So much for valuing your customers! Maybe I just ought to drop the printer off and let them deal with it!

The Best Buy at Wolfchase Galleria is not concerned with taking care of their customers or honoring the extended warranty they sell to their customers. Without going into to much detail here are the fact. I bought a computer for 1500.00 and a 300.00 extended warranty to cover any accidents such as a cracked display for three years. Four months later I went to get the laptop repaired under warranty and was told that the item had already been exchanged. The item I had in my hand....with the box that had matching serial numbers..... that had a Best Buy sticker on it with the date of purchase on it. They simply refused to honor it. So I am out 1800.00. Don't shop at Best Buy!
