Poor Customer Service
Wife and I bought a Tranzit BLU HF UPC 0909881357 FOR A christmas present for a daughter from the Brandermill Best Buy location, wife paid for installation and a date and time was set with Best Buy at the Chesterfield Towne Center location for 12noon, upon arriving early associate stated there were other cars ahead of me and that it will be a longer wait, time unknown, This was a very bad customer experience, General Manager was informed and he said we could reschedule, Seriously, what in the world, i thought, common sense says if you have appointment at set time then that is the time to have work done, not set there and makeup an all new time, this was wrong and no customer paying for service should have to go through, General manager Mike compensates giving 50.00 back for inconvenience, i feel full.refund is appropiate here, this was schedule on Saturday January 12 for 12noon and at this moment it is now 1255pm and my installation hasnt even been started yet, i would think before having this company do any installation work
