Outsourced Customer Service who don't know what Geek Squad does.
Thank you for your excellent customer service overseas that made an appointment for my Google Pixel 5A screen to be repaired, only to learn when I arrived for my next day, end of day appointment that Geek Squad does not repair Google Pixel 5As.
So yeah, can't even find another shop to go to today because they are all closed now, so I have to dedicate more time, on my day off, to fix my work phone. I hope you don't get a day off this week.

Buyer beware!! Do not shop best buy and purchase warranty from geek squad!
I got a diswasher a few years ago and bought 5 year warranty. Unit broke and cant be fixed by geek squad so i will be getting new unit, HOwEVER, I have to pay taxes again, i have to pay for installation again, and I have to pay for installation kit again. What is the purpose of warranty? Its a poor dishwashing unit that went bad, even though it’s within warranty time
