Awful customer service!
I was at the store for 30 minutes looking at car stereos. Not once did a employee ask if I needed help. One did come back to where I was and asked me to move so he could put his ladder where I was standing to get a radio down. That was the only thing he asked me. Not “have you been helped?” or anything remotely close to good customer service. This store is awful. I just went home and ordered the stereo I wanted on Amazon. No wonder the brick and mortars are caving to Amazon. I’m betting this store won’t be open much longer.
