Went in to make purchase of an item at Westwood Center in Whitecenter. I was referred from another store. Found my item and went to Sierra my cashier. She gave me the regular price when rang up. I commented that the item is on sale are at your other location. Very blunt and rude she said they are not here thats the price. My response, they are ten dollars cheaper at the other store. Sierra replied, not here they must have went off sale yesterday, again rudely speaking. My husband said Oh you don’t have to have an attitude. Sierra, you don’t have to be arguing with me. My husband replied we’re not arguing just trying to get you to understand they are cheaper there. He said oh they ask me to give you this receipt I forgot. Sierra said, you should have given this to me in the first place I can’t read your mind. An exchange of words continued to the point I requested to see a manager. Sierra rated no stars for her customer service skills. A disadvantage to your company to have her as a guest greeter coming in store and exiting your location. I will not return.
