Honor your patrons and your word
When I was paying for this shirt at the counter I looked over to see very similar but not identical shirts hanging on the rack nearby I asked the person selling it if it were truly 50% off as that’s where I found it. She said that it was and pointed out that the neckline is different than the others and that must be why it was on the 50% off rack then proceeded to charge me full price and now refuse to refund in any way.
