Cried - The Staff is Horrid
I am in utter shock and disgust with how the staff treated my friend when she was here visiting me from Manhattan. The moment my friend and I walked through the door, we could feel a wave of unwelcome wash over us. We were met with cold looks from the staff instead of the friendly greetings - which every other girl got who walked in the store after us. The shift manager made a point to ask if she could start a dressing room for every other girl but not for my friend nor me. They made us feel as though we were dirty and clearly didn't want us in their store.
What's more is that when we asked if they had a larger size for my friend, the shift manager said in the most flippant of ways that they quote, "hardly ever carry XL's." My friend was visiting and the only reason we went to Blu Spero was that it was too rainy to go to the beach. These awful bullies nearly robbed her of her whole experience. All in all, I wish we had just stayed home.
