Would give 0 Stars. I am sharing so this doesn't happen to you. Our company ordered a huge 36" x 30" Premium Simply Serene Floor Basket $170 plus tax and fees =total $217) for a very special person's funeral. We were shocked when we saw a very small flower arrangement in a glass vase was delivered instead. David, of Blue Roses Florist, had no explanation for the discrepancy & offered no apology. FTD resolved the issue & will fine the florist.
