Bad, NO service
Can't rate the product. Ordered on line 7/7 and after no updates, queried for status on 7/15 only to receive an automated email that asks how I liked the product. 7/16 called, told estimated 30 minute wait on phone, 2 1/2 hours later actually spoke with someone who was checking into it. 3 hours 40 minutes later I was disconnected. Meanwhile, I receive another email that provided the Fedex tracking number, so I checked it and it shows that the order was cancelled on 7/10. Of course, Bobs had already charged me the $300 - no credit. I really liked the look of the chairs I was trying to purchase - but I'm highly suspect of this company. Feeling pretty scammed.
