I bought a 85 dollar body shaper two days ago. I needed to exchange it because it didn't fit. I never wore it,and they didnt allow me to return it or at least exchange it...

Excellent good customer services and quality

Horrible customer service.

I was measured by Yanlis Valladares and told that the shapepware that she sold me was the correct size based on my measurement. I was distracted by my niece and didn't really pay attention to the receipt at the time. I didn't try the shapeware on for a few weeks, as it was the holidays and I was planning to start a weight loss program after the holidays. When I tried to put the shapeware on, even though I was now 10 pounds less than when measured, it was way too small. I placed it back in the package and took it back to the store. Once I arrived, I was told that there are No Refund Or Exchanges. I explained my situation and asked for the manager. The sales persons on that day, called the manager who's response was the same. I was then instructed to call the customer service number at 305-205-1907. I called immediately and before I could explain what had happened, the person on the other line was already saying no because too much time had passed by and this was a store policy. I totally understand that they have a policy, but customer service, is customer service. Not only was she rude on the phone, but proceeded to yell at me which I did not appreciate at all. When I told her that there was no need to yell, she hung up the phone on me. I don't know what kind of business operates like this, but I will definitely never spend another dime with them, nor would I ever refer anyone else to!
