Bonita Brutal is the worst store, to avoid going...
Bonita Bridal is a horrible place also the service. the saleswoman who served us, was rude During my first visit,a salesperson asked us for a deposit, for a dress for my wife and a tuxedo, seen in the catalog.But on our second visit, the day of the fitting, I no longer wanted to buy the tuxedo, the saleswoman refuse to reimburse us, had promises. This store has steal us our money. I descend you to not buy a dress in this store, you go regret it.
SANTA ANA MAIN PLACE MALL -- BONITA BRIDAL
My granddaughter and I were so IMPRESSED WITH CELINE, the sales clerk. She helped in selecting gowns that she thought my granddaughter might like -- WE FOUND ONE AND SAID "YES TO THE DRESS "! ! ! PRICE WAS FANTASTIC ! ! ! GOWN WAS SOOOO ELEGANT . Celine picked it out even though it was one my granddaughter didn't think she would like. BLESS YOU CELINE. This after going to a well-known Bridal Shop that was so disappointing.
My review about bonita bridal
Bonita bridal is a great looking place ,but the service is HORRIBLE . The workers got nervous when me and a couple other people went and didnt really help out with any of my questions. They just stood there and stared. They also were supposed to fix my dress but then didnt do it the way i had asked. When i called they did not anserw execpt once when the lady was rude and inpatient. If you want to waste your time at a store for 8 months and GET NOWHERE then go to bonita bridal.
