0 STARS!!! Today, Saturday, December 15, 2018, I visited the Bonnie's in Southlake Mall & the customer service was HORRIBLE. Two associates were in the store ... one was with a customer & the other was walking around the store DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Neither of the young ladies greeted me or my teenage daughter. I had one item in my hand & I was looking for a second one when I decided to put the first item back. If the employees do not think I am important enough to greet ... THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS... I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO REPORT THE TWO EMPLOYEES WORKING THIS TIMEFRAME... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!
