Never again, so disappointed.
If I could get a no star I would for the coffee shop in books a million. Bad customer service, she was on the phone answering calls for her own business of 'holy water' of all else. She wouldn't take my order or even say I'll be right with you. She left me there waiting while she was on the phone with her service at another place. Wouldn't come back up front. I just needed a water or a tea , anything but oh well, . Prejudiced people ! Smh!
Rude customer representative
Michelle was very rude in dealing with me at the time of transaction. Doesn’t smile at all nor took time to listen. She was in a hurry to get it done. I told her to renew my membership first before she starts scanning all the books that I bought. I love BAM for so long but she was the one who made me not go back to this store again. Michelle is the worst customer service representative. She’s like the grinch in this store made for kids.
