Cashier Osvaldo C. is a Thief !ยก!
Went to change from T-Mobile to Boost,
Osvaldo NEVER mentioned that we would receive a FREE phone, yet he processed a new Samsung Galaxy A20 on our receipt and we NEVER got the phone!
Osvaldo told us we needed a $50 dollar plan to make calls to Mexico PLUS $5 extra add-on cost. We paid the $50 that wasn't necessary because we were supposed to get a free phone with SIM card and free activation! The extra add-on cost was paid, but NEVER received the add-on, he later denied receiving the $5 from us.
Osvaldo used the $50 to activate our old phone, keeping the New Phone &New SIM card with free activation for himself!

visited you store in the mall, inquired about upgrading my phone, the taff member never got up from his chair to talk to us, i was a boost mobile customer, but not any more, i discontinued my service, and ported my number to pc metro...bye boost..that's what happens, i was with you 4 years.i needed a new phone..
