Boot Barn - Anderson, California 96007 - Shasta Gateway (Shasta Outlets)

I purchased two pairs of cowboy boots, two leather western-type vests and two shirts from the Boot Barn in Anderson, CA, during the course of this last year. I have received nothing but super friendly and super helpful service! The Manager (I apologize that I don't remember her name), went out of her way to get me the exact "right" boots for me, as I am extremely particular. She even called around to different Boot Barn stores in Northern CA and Southern OR to find me the pair that I wanted. Eventually, the Manager ordered me one pair of cowboy boots directly from the manufacturer, Dan Post. And, she gave me a slight break on the price. What excellent service! In addition, all of the other staff was just as friendly and extremely helpful as the Manager is. I visited the store a few different times during 2019 and was assisted by various staff members. All very good. I'm going to the Boot Barn today to pick up another western shirt, one that was special ordered from another Boot Barn that had my size in stock. Excellent store. Excellent Manager. Need more cowgirl stuff pants different styles. Also your staff needs to be helpful. They are not friendly. Need to smile. I always have to run one down if I need help. I stand around waiting more than shopping.
