Boscov's - Wyomissing, Pennsylvania 19610 - Berkshire Mall

I just spent over an hour and a half looking for a dress to wear to my company’s holiday party and when I got to the counter, the cashier in Petites who was training holiday help quite literally refused to sell it to me. It was missing the price but still had the plastic tag on it and I even showed her the wrack I got it from—$29.99. So she checked the sewn-in label for a style number and said it wasn’t on there. So then she called down to Juniors, certain that only their dept sold this brand, but they don’t. She rudely stated, “I can’t sell you this because I can’t tell if this is even a Boscov’s dress. Someone may have placed their own dress on the wrack and left it there.” Had she taken the time to look it up like I did: “Violet B Bell Sleeve Knit Plaid A-Line Dress” in stock at Boscov’s Berkshire Mall. Took me less than a minute to find. I’ve regrettably purchased a lot here, but never again after today. Not even Christmas gift cards, which I was going to add to my order.
