Bose the best!!!!
After purchasing a sound system, cash, that cost me over $500 and registering it velma pough w7048 Blackhawk Island Rd Ft. atk wi, it never worked. I did receive a headset as a gift for purchasing but a useless gift since the system didn't work. Calling, writing and told sales person left,it occurred to me, only now, that possibly the system was switched with someone elses switch since I relocated Bose to a Chicago dwelling. The irony was the instruction via fon to take it to a Mag Mile store, which I knew for sure didn't exist. Any efforts to get a refund, repair Bose denied and , namely because I think , Bose rep after providing vin knew it didn't match records.
