The maskless people here ruined the entire experience.
My child really enjoyed it, but I must agree.... A little dirty. No way they are sanitizing all those ball regularly, or even wiping down the bounce houses. The thing that really, REALLY bugged me, they allowed both kids and their parents to go maskless! It is MANDATORY in LA county! Vaccinated or not! My son enjoyed the experience, the staff was lovely.... they just didn't ensure the saftey/health of their customer's. Which is HUGE to me.

True, place is a little dirty. Staff is rude including the manager. Very young and I guess they lack Customer service skills. But that shouldn’t be an excuse.
Prices are ok.

I love the customer service in this location. There are many different bounce houses, big Legos, and a great soccer area.
Dirty bounce house
This should be a 0 star. Place is dirty. Trash that small children can put in their mouths. Boxes everywhere. Not kid safe.
