Poor customer service
Lied to from store pesonel , they don't know how to look up wish list , when asked why they can't help the store manager is unprofessional and will create false hostility on the customers intention to avoid admitting ignorance. And products are sub par we sent back watches on several occasions due to poor quality I have learned that no matter how its representative its still cheap costume jeweler. Men think twice before spending your hard earned money on crap
