Best vareity and customer service anywhere
Been buying from this store for over 20 years. They have many of the major lines, Briggs&Riley, Samsonite, Travelpro, Delsey, IT,etc. The store is huge with plenty of variety. The sales people there are extremely experienced and knowledgeable and not pushy. No one follows you around the store like you're going to steal something but you are greeted with a hello and do you need any assistance? Just a great shopping experience and if you are from New York, you will really enjoy the experience.
