My boyfriend went into Brooks Brothers to look for boxer shorts on 10/26 around 3:00 p.m. Employee for Brooks Brothers was on phone discussing an issue with a shortage in the drawer. DID NOT acknowledge he entered the store. He unfortunately did not find any boxers, walked past the associate again, still no acknowledgment that a customer was in the store. Now keep in mind Brooks Brothers has closed their locations in Greenwich & Darien. YOU would think customer service would be EXTRA attentive during these times, Guess not!
