While their honey BBQ wings are great, we ordered more than just wings and instantly regretted it. The crispy Cali chicken sandwich arrived with no guacamole and one tiny, very wilted piece of lettuce. My child took 2 bites of his burger and said “this is the worst burger I’ve ever had.” The onion rings were greasy and cold, not crisp or edible. They gave us a tiny kids’ cup and the lid popped off and wouldn’t stay on, which ultimately led to drink spilling all over the car. We called to complain and got some spiel about how we would be on the VIP list next time we came, etc. i had to explain that it did not fix tonight’s dinner that cost almost $60. We don’t want to go back to a place where the food is horrible. We want you to fix tonight’s problem. Not holding my breath that we get refunded for the sandwich.
