We took our five year old granddaughter to buy two build a bears, had a young lady named Sarah, was the greatest experience because of Sarah!!!!
This young lady is such an asset to the store!!!! She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, just went above and beyond to make this experience the GREATEST for our Ada!! There are SO MANY other BEAUTIFUL words, comments we could say about her, we were SO HAPPY we had her to guide us through the process, our granddaughter left the store SO EXCITED and HAPPY because of Sarah, it also gave us much joy!!!!
