TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - PARK PLAZA MALL LITTLE ROCK AR
We took my boyfriends little cousin to get her birthday bear. No one came to the front to walk us through the process, because we didn't know. Instead of them telling us the process or walking us through it,, we had to go to the front desk EVERY time we had a question. The only person that was helpful was the young lady that helped us stuff the bear. After we checked out the girl asked us if we had picked out a name and gotten a birth certificate. We said no, we thought they were closed due to Covid. People just started using the computer after we found that out.. We thought we had to have the original bar code to scan for the birth certificate, so my boyfriend asked the girl if she had it. I guess they keep them behind the register, well the girl started to get an attitude with us, she had a smart mouth. I guess she thought we were rushing her???? But AGAIN we didn't know the process. And then we had to ASK to get a box and now they charge .75, not sure why they didn't tell us that at first, we all wanted lil cousin to get the full BUILD A BEAR experience.
